The third and final Test of the series between Australia and Pakistan has been nothing short of a cliffhanger in Sydney. All the five days saw a see-saw battle between both the teams. However, this Test match was special for the “David Warner” reason. The veteran opener played his last match for his nation at his home ground. Moreover, he was able to have a fairytale finish by leading the batting and slamming a well-deserved fifty which led to victory.
After the match, in what was the true sportsmanship of the highest order, the Pakistan skipper Shan Masood gifted Warner with a signed jersey of batting stalwart Babar Azam. Notably, the jersey was signed by the whole Pakistan team.
