The 2024 Los Angeles Dodgers are built to win the World Series. They’ve won the division ten of the last 11 seasons and produced multiple All-Stars, gold gloves, silver sluggers and more.
The team has accomplished a ton, but this city and organization are about winning World Series titles. The Dodgers’ front office made it clear this offseason, and the players know it.
L.A.’s All-MLB First Team first baseman, Freddie Freeman, realizes the time is now and understands it’s on the players to get the job done.
There’s nothing more president of baseball operations Andrew Freidman and the front office could have done. They acquired the top two free agents this past season, traded for an ace and acquired one of the best power hitters in the free agent market.
The Dodgers already had a loaded lineup in years past, but it’s on another stratosphere now. The Boys in Blue have everything they need to repeat their regular season success but, more importantly, make a deep postseason run.
October is the only thing that matters to the organization, as it is what the Dodgers will be judged on. That is why the front office was so aggressive this off-season and wanted players who would get them over the hump. Now it’s time to go out there and finish the job, starting with this 2024 season.
This season will be like no other, and the players realize what is at stake. The pressure is at an all-time high, and that’s the way it should be in the city of angels.
